The Wedgewood Creek Homeowners’ Association needs every homeowner to become a member by paying their annual membership dues. Dues are currently $65/year. For your convenience, you can now pay your dues online by clicking here.

While paying neighborhood dues is not mandatory, the money collected is what pays for the water and electric bill for Wedgewood Creek. The money also pays for lawn service to help us maintain common areas, like the entrance to the neighborhood and retention pond. Proper upkeep helps increase our property values and keep our neighborhood safe and attractive.
Other items annual dues are used for:
- Annual property tax
- Annual plumbing service for sprinkler system
- Repair and maintenance of wooden fence that borders the neighborhood along Baseline Rd.
- Maintenance of fence around retention pond
- Seasonal beautification of the entry area island, including new mulch and plants if needed
- Meeting room rental fees for our neighborhood meetings
Only a small fraction of residents currently pay their dues, so this small number of people end up paying for everyone. If you have not paid, please consider doing so.
