Concerns expressed at the April 27, 2015 meeting included:
1. The number of drivers speeding through the community that pose a danger, especially, for our children. 2. The number of mailboxes that have been knocked down, as well as, the number of mailboxes that have not been repaired. 3. Untended lawns that are unsightly and unsafe.

Arrangements have been made with the City of Little Rock to get a dumpster in the neighborhood next to the retention pond from July 3 to July 5. It will be removed on Monday, July 6.

Dues have been collected from only 22 homes out of the 107 in the neighborhood. Dues are normally solicited in October, but the Association is in need of revenue, if you can write a check today. Lawn care is the biggest expense. It costs $160 to mow the retention pond, and it has already had to be mowed twice this year. It costs $60 to mow the common area at the entrance. The sprinkler system has to be inspected yearly, which costs $100. Watering, post office box, electricity, property tax, maintenance of fences and sign, and the domain name cost a total of about $500 a year.
