My webbook computer in a black backpack was stolen out of my open convertible at about 12:30 pm in the middle of the day on Friday the 18th of November. Saw a person wearing a red jacket go past my window at about the same time. This may be the same guy who tried to rob the local Subway and Dollar General stores on Thursday, but was locked out. Today, Sunday the 20th, saw a young black man running past my house into Otter Creek at the back of Wedgewood Creek wearing a black baseball cap and a long black jacket with a fur collar. Strange because it is so warm.
Anyone know who these people are, and why they are running out of Wedgewood Creek at 4:30pm on 11/22?

Mr. Garrett we will consider closing the back entrance to Otter Creek (behind my home) for extra security… I have far too many visitors marching across my yard at any given time. I will print the photo for distrubution and see if anyone is familiar with these kids.

Hooded figure sneaking out of Wedgewood Creek into Otter Creek over drainage ditch. 3:15 pm on December 10. Suspicious because it is fairly warm, so the hood seems to be an attempt to hide identity. Looks like same guy seen just after my computer was stolen.

Saw the same guy, going into Wedgewood Creek this time by my house, 7:45 pm 12/10.
Wow, I notice he put up his hood while he was some distance from my camera. VERY suspicious.

There is a group of three people who I have seen walking through the neighborhood just before midnight, more than once.
Boys seen crossing ditch between Otter Creek and Wedgeside 1/3/12 2pm.

A teenager in shorts and reflective sneakers was ringing doorbells at 11:35 pm on June 27, 2013.
Google Earth street view was mapping the neighborhood at 11:15-11:20 AM today.
Pit Bulls have been seen running loose in the neighborhood. If you see them, you can call animal control at 311.
